Reformer Pilates incorporates a variety of controlled, gentle movements to help stabilise muscles while challenging your body in new ways.

Low-impact and highly effective, Reformer Pilates is ideal for injury rehabilitation and can be tailored to your needs as you regain strength. It's also pregnancy-safe, with some modifications available from your instructor to ensure comfort and safety.​
REFORMER BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE - Perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to build a solid foundation, this class focuses on strength and muscle engagement without incorporating balance work. Expect a challenging yet accessible workout that will leave you feeling the burn, no matter your level!

REFORMER CLASSIC - A foundational Pilates class that emphasises body awareness, proper breathing, and muscle engagement. Designed to challenge your limits, the class offers both regressions and progressions to accomodate all levels of experience. Whether you're new to Pilates or an advanced practitioner, you'll find the perfect pace for your practice.

REFORMER ALIGN - An intermediate-level class designed to deliver a full body burn, incorporating props to elevate the intensity of each movement. Focused on alignment and precision, this class will challenge your strength, flexibility, and endurance, taking your practice to the next level.

REFORMER UNWIND & STRETCH - A restorative class focused on deep stretching and relaxation using the Reformer. Designed to help lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and calm the mind, this session is perfect for unwinding after a tough week or balancing out more intense workouts.

REFORMER EXPRESS - A high-energy, 30-minute circuit on the Reformer designed to get your heart pumping and muscles working. Fast-paced and efficient, this class will leave you sweaty and feeling energised, accomplished, perfect for a quick yet effective workout.​

REFORMER JUMP - A dynamic 45-minute HIIT class that combines high-intensity jumping, core work, and full-body toning on the Reformer. Get ready to challenge your strength, stamina, and coordination while working every muscle for a seriously effective workout.

MATIFY
Matify is Mat Pilates with a twist-think of it as Pilates, but with a little extra spice! In our sessions, we incorporate dumbbells, sliders, the Pilates circle and the ball to help you get your GLO on.
​
Matify is all about giving you a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. You'll focus on your mind, breath, and body, toning muscles, building strength, and increasing flexibility.
​
Don't let the name fool you-Matify means serious work! Expect to discover muscles you never knew existed and feel the burn in places you didn't even know you had.
​
Matify is suitable for all fitness levels. However, it's not recommended for those in pregnancy past 16 weeks.

SWEAT
Sweat is a high-energy, heart-pumping class that blends strength, bodyweight exercises, and cardio-all set to vibey tunes that keep you moving.
​
This class is your go-to for getting your Sweaty Glo on, with a perfect mix of intensity and fun.
​
A sweat towel is required, and don't forget your runners! Suitable for all fitness levels and pregnancy-friendly.


SQUAT & TONE
A fast-paced 30-minute class using weights, ankle weights, and Bala Bars. This high-intensity mix of HIIT and Mat Pilates will get your muscles burning and leave you sweating.

Perfect for when you're short on time but still want a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energised and strong.
​
Sweat towel required and don't forget your runners! Suitable for all levels, including pregnant clients.
Barre Tone
Barre Tone combines the best of Ballet and Pilates for a workout that focuses on sculpting and toning your legs and booty. While we skip the choreography, we ramp up the burn with targeted movements that leave your muscles shaking.

This class will give you a full-body workout, blending Mat work and classic Barre moves to tone and strengthen.

BOXILATES
Boxilates is a high-intensity interval training class that combines the power of boxing with the core-strengthening benefits of Mat Pilates.

This class will boost your strength, mobility, and help with weight loss-all while keeping it fun and fast-paced. Get ready for LOUD music, hard work, and plenty of sweat!

FLO
FLO by GLO is your invitation to prioritise wellbeing-a chance to reconnect with your mind, body, and breath. This bespoke blend of Vinyasa and Slow Flow Yoga is designed to ground you in the present moment, helping you step away from the stresses of daily life.

This isn't your typical Yoga class. It's a moment of calm, a space just for you.

Suitable for all levels (except pregnancies beyond 16 weeks).

Our running class is designed for all fitness levels, combining high-intensity and interval running to challenge and energise you.

Suitable for everyone, from beginners to seasoned runners.
